hate to break it to you, but there is no such thing as a Kamaz. just as a note, this is present in the non-dev version as well, but the editor image is a bit bigger than one shown above

i can confirm this. its the same for the MX rifles...you are hitting the engine block. the hunter and ifrit also have this problem. shoot just below the back door on the hunter and it will explode. shoot the center of the rear axle of the ifrit, you get the same result. there was a ticket about this not too long ago, cant seem to find it

here is an overview of what PhysX is capable of. most of these options should be used to improve the game
PhysX does, so the engine does...its built in to all PhysX engines. its possible, same with dynamic destrucion
there is a mod that changes that...its on armaholic somewhere

just did a test for myself, thats exact, at least for the MRAPS. they can be shot in the same spots and be taken out by 4-7 shots of a sniper rifle from 500m, depending on the vehicle...the strider only takes 4 shots to the left side...
lol. it was able to destroy large 3 story buildings made entirely of concrete before, didnt think it would become this weak...sorry.

this would make a lot of sense. another option would to have the plane split into multiple items and fly in various directions. If im not mistaken, the PhysX part of the game engine can allow for very high quality destruction on all objects(seen a few demos on it, its pretty good)

no, i can place a demo charge between 3 ammo boxes and they are all destroyed, besides, the satchel charge and the demo charge are different...the satchel charge is about 2.5 demo charges together. your steps to reproduce has us using satchel charges, yet you're complaining about demo charges

there are no countries fighting the war. Its a NATO task force against a fictional Arabian empire. They just happen to use technology base off of Russian technology
UK soldiers would have their own camo. the NATO UK soldiers would just have UK flags.

yes i have, however, if you were to include a larger ship, i think a 40mm cannon should be included on it, just like most modern military ships of that size. another idea would be missile artillery...
you should also be able to have a ship with a 40mm cannon similar to the APCs, that way you can use naval ships to attack a coastal town.
near impossible to roll anything, and when you do, it flips back over in 0.01 seconds(might be a slight exaggeration)
if the salt flat is used as an airstrip, it should behave like pavement
change the item that says stay in formation or something like that. however, from there, it might try to turn around and get in formation

yes, the M320 is designed to engage infantry. The MXM and the Mk18 rifles are designed as battle low caliber snipers

I have to say, when you are in the middle of nowhere(away from cities, or altis and stratis), you should be able to see it clearly, but only if you look at the sky for a minute or two, so your eyes can adjust.
this is a much needed feature. i hate it when you have to paradrop as a medic. it takes away all the gear they use.
it shouldn't shoot at all, the titans are AA, thats what the problem is

heavy implies heavier gear. ammo bearer means he has more ammo, yet the same gear as a normal soldier.
tip: pull the nose of the helo up when you need a fast gain in altitude
@Laqueesha: there are some british guys, but the BLUEFOR units are NATO

this isn't a game problem. its a computer problem...your computer just doesn't have the capacity to run those processes at the same time...

Noticed that as well.I believe the 2010 game Medal of Honor did this, and it worked out well...
why should a minigun have multiple RPM's? its a pointless waste of time to try and code that in. besides, what if miniguns only have one RPM in 2035?
there is no IR lock warning. and it should stay. but, the lock on system is fine as is.
it happens all the time.(take other military shooters for instance)they force you to play as a person from a specific country.if this idea is taken into consideration, at least you get to choose.

true, but if you look at the helo pilots, they have american flags...why not change it so that all NATO nations can be helo pilots. same goes for all other units..they have a place for a flag, yet they dont have one. it is a NATO operation, not an American one.

Another idea to this would be have the user select his nationality from the profile customization screen and have the flag displayed on his uniform.then, create a randomization item(like the face and voice already are)for a nationality. i have noticed that all heo pilots are US...the reason there should be a nationality tab is because it is a NATO task force using the same camo for each unit.

i think you mean the ghosthawk... the animation for it is good, only the doors need to be able to be openable

it should stay as is. its not the devs fault that you remapped your keys. besides, a helo pilot does have a compass for a reason. even it there is one in the helo, its very hard to read compared to the one used by infantry

Going back a few posts, the TRG-21 is the IMI Tavor TAR-21,the TRG-20 is the MTAR-21. The MX series is based off of the Bushmaster ACR.The Katiba is based off of the Iranian KH2002"Khaybar". the M18 ABR is based off of the M14 EBR. the PO-30 Orca is based off the Ka-60. The Mi-48 combines the Mi-28 and the Ka-52.

good idea. was thinking of something myself. i shot an AI a few days ago with the sniper rifle. it hit his gun...would have killed him otherwise. if it is a large caliber gun, would the round go through his gun?

it was good, just a bit choppy. the light would change every second, very choppy. at least that is how it is on the free demo. Idk about the full game
