hello,
before your patch to version 1.06 my game runs very fluently with 60-100 fps in wasteland.
i bought a new pc with a intel i5 4670 8 gig ddr3 1600 ram and a gtx770 since your great patch i have in all gamemodes simply 12-20 fps :D so the game now is unplayable for me and i have nearly a high end system.
so what can i do ? do you fix the problem? it cant be that trough a patch my performance runs down like this so you must make big mistakes or something like that !

noits brand new and for 3 days everything runs fine every other pc game run fine only arma makes problems since the patch i installed today so its definitly something with the patch

and iam nearly a proffesional on computers so i know what i do ;) so dont come with answeres its your pc or something like that i checked everything its the patch! definitly

back up your Arma 3 folders in my documents then delete all those folders; open the game and re-test with all settings back to default. - not a guaranteed fix but it may help. You can then tweak all settings you had. it may take time but it has worked for others.
