Viper team in APEX was chinese. So I am sure they were added to have more options in the sandbox. You can always change the identities in the editor with a few clicks.

Not reproduceable. Thunder sound is audible still, but that's a bug with the enableEnvironment command which has been fixed as well. Just not yet on stable.

setting option -malloc=system seems to have fixed the issue. Hope this will help someone.

I played around quite a while ago with the tide config settings, and for me the boats worked fine?
Hi, Dwarden explained on the Arma Discord that these size limitations are indeed intentional.
The reason for these limitations are that there was a lot of abuse of custom sounds, and the server settings only have settings that affect both custom sounds etc and faces at once.

@tribbble I'm not sure what you mean by third party tool but from what I gathered by dedmen the fix is in the works. You'll have to wait for final release or run the next dev release until this is fixed.
