When placing a group it can become a laborious task to go through each member of a group to change their "Special" field from "In Formation" to something else.

As a first step to reduce the time of this task would it be possible that if the group leader is changed from "In Formation" to say, "None", "In Cargo" or "Flying" then all members in that group automatically change to that designation, but all members below the group leader can be changed individually without changing the designation of others within the group?
