My Setup of the Modules + Trigger

Synced to two Task Module - State
One with Assigned, one with Succeded.

The Assigned Module is synced to a Trigger which activates on Indepent once.
This used to work some days ago but today the Task is already assigned when no independed moved into the trigger.

Hope the Reproduce field is clear enough.
