Description

When right clicking units in Eden and clicking Transform > Move to formation, the units are moved to formation, but then aligned to the surface normal instead of the sea normal.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Place human units in Eden on a steep hill.
  2. Select the units, right click and select Transform > Move to formation.

Units are now defying gravity. This makes sense for vehicles, but not for humans.
