Hi, I wrote first to the BattlEye service, but they told me that they were engaged only in bans, and they sent me to the developers. The situation is this: "BattlEye initialization failed", played 1700 hours. I play only on servers with BattlEye. Suddenly, he stopped letting me to the servers. I read and tried everything that I found on the BattlEye website, and generally on the Internet, right up to reinstalling Windows. Windows 10 with all updates. Everything runs as administrator. The BattlEye process is loading and working properly. All protection is disabled and there are no viruses or malware. I'm at a dead end. I tried everything. This happens only with servers that require BattlEye, for the rest everything works fine. I remembered that I have DayZ SA, and now I installed it, and I am confused, how is it possible that DayZ SA works fine, but in ARMA problems? Are there different BattlEye?

Hi,
could you please try it in 1.92 RC branch? We have few official servers online so please try if you are able to connect in the new version. Beta code is Arma3Update192RC.

@Plastilin Maybe I'm wrong. But when BattlEye is removed, BattlEye user folders remain on the system disk. After deleting BattlEye, Use the search on the system disk, find all the folders named BattlEye. Delete these folders. If deleting folders encounters a failure to delete, in the task manager, find the BE processes and close them. Continue deleting the BattlEye folders. Reboot the PC. Install BattlEye.
This problem could occur when Arma3 or DayZ was updated, but some of them launched the old version of BattlEye.
After the update, nothing has changed. Where can I write to return my money? I bought ARMА with all DLСs, and I just can't leave it all dead weight on my hard drive. It no longer works.
I am really sorry for your troubles. Do you have this issue on all servers or it is similar like in RC that you are able to connect to some servers? Do you know when this issue has started? It can be connected with some drivers update or change of
some network hw like router for example. Did you try reinstall root certificate?
BattlEye initialization failed
First of all, please ensure that BE is properly installed for your game. You can manually install it by following the instructions on the download page. If that doesn’t help there might be a problem with your file permissions. To fix this please go to “C:\Users[username]\AppData\Local[game name]” (make sure that you can see hidden files/folders if you can’t find this directory) and delete the BattlEye folder there. If the issue still persists your system’s root certificates might be broken/corrupted. To fix them download and install the following update from Microsoft: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2813430.

Now I connected the Internet via a tablet with another provider (mobile). Everything works perfectly. That is probably the problem with the provider. But why then do other games work fine, and even those who also use BA, why the problem is with the ARMA? I also have a Rainbow 6, now I will install it and check it out.
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six® Siege (using BE) - works fine.
DayZ Standalone (using BE) - works fine.
All other games - works fine.
WTF With ARMA 3 BE?
In a week I will connect to another Internet provider (well-known), and if nothing changes, I would like to return the money for the game back.
With the replacement of the internet provider, the problem was solved. But the strange thing is that I tried a lot of games using battleye and they all worked perfectly (DayZ Standalone, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six® Siege, Planetside 2), unlike ARMA. Also in the process of finding a solution to a problem, I met quite a few people with this problem. Apparently they have wasted their money. I consider the problem to be solved at the level of game developers or anti-cheat developers. I was advised so much nonsense. Repair your game, not everyone is ready to throw out extra money to reconnect to another Internet service provider. This is your mistake!
I did not assume that the problem with BE is related to blocking your IP address on a remote server.
This can happen at any time for any IP address. You can try not to change the provider, but contact the technical support of your provider.
- The provider can enable / provide the service with an external IP address.
- The provider can change your external IP address.
This is available from any provider, provided that there are free external IP addresses.
