It works flawlessly. You only need to order the AI to go no nearby body or other source of ammo/weapons and you can tell him to rearm.

Not a bug, but it's exactly how it's supposed to work.
If vehicle freelook is enabled in game options, it applies to all kind of vehicles.
Pressing Alt only recenters the camera, but doesn't disable vehicle freelook.
The only right way to disable it again, is to do it again via game options, where you have enabled it before.

You don't even understand what you're saying. How can the launcher know which SP mission you will want to play or if you will want to play SP at all, if the game is not even launched.

You don't want to look at provided facts. It is in the inventory, even when several bodies are one on top of the other. How many screenshots do you need? Or may be go buy glasses so you can better see what's on screenshots.
If it isn't in the inventory, it's because the launcher is not close enough to the body to be part of the inventory. So you take it via action menu.

Like mentioned already before, if AT launcher is not close enough to the body, you can take it using action menu.
If AT launcher is very close or in the body, you use inventory and it works just fine.
I don't know if you read what I write, because current version is current version, not dev. And if you even look at last provided screenshot, one body is on top or inside of the other body, not far as you say.

You should have mentioned, that this happens when using a mod, ACE in your case. It's very important! But you haven't mentioned it.
It's a completely different story, with mods.

My screenshots are made using latest/current version of the game, no mods, obviously. As if there is a problem and it comes only when using mods, it's not ArmA problem, but can be mod problem.
As you say, you use ACE, so your ticket is not even completely valid then.

As you can see on 2nd picture, I couldn't take the AT launcher via action menu, so I used Inventory and it was visible there no problems.
