This bug can be seen only in my mission. It can be only reproduced by doing the exact actions like on the video i recorded for you.
It seems it has to do something with the player Inventory clear - filling with new items. {F18728}

Steps To Reproduce
• Take gear from car, while you are being escorted.
• Get out when you arrive to the village
• Order your squad to get out of the vehicle
• Go to the inventory of that car and drop some things on the ground
• Bug will cause the items to increase their quantity instead of decreasing them.

I was not able to reproduce this bug in any other mission.. I'am giving you the source folder of my mission from the point of development I found this bug.

Please let us know in note section if you are still able to reproduce this issue in latest Development build. I tried to reproduce this issue in editor and in your mission but it never happened to me.
