Description

when a character is on board, his neck moves in an unnatural way. {F19180}

Steps To Reproduce

-Open editor
-place a speedboat
-jump in
-go in the third person
-observe

Additional Information

The bug is seen only from the third person player view, if you look at another character the bug does not appear.
