It would be logical that when you destroy lights - they turn off, instead of moving to an other position, like on the height of the wings, continuing to illuminate from nowhere.
This was the only point.

This is not normal that you have to keep the headlights turned on to see the speed or other information on the dashboard of the vehicle.
And it's working correctly for Prawlers, Vans and MB 4WD that need to have only their motors on and not the headlights to see the speed or other information on the dashboard

Haven't received any valid explanation, but the ticket was closed as "Resolved" despite it being valid and not normal with AI's behavior set to "Aware" and with some vehicles where it works just fine with AI's behavior set to "Aware".

I suspect that you were testing the jets on the ground and of course when the jets are on the ground they will have lights on before and during take off. That is normal behavior even for jets in real life. They do not take off with lights off that would be too dangerous. After they gain altitude they turn the lights off.

So why all the vehicles listed with behavior set to "Aware" had their collision lights turned off while on the ground if you say they should have them turned on for take off?

that Marid does while Kamysh doesn't
that Gorgon does while Mora doesn't
that jets do while helicopters don't

You are right, the default behavior was "Aware", but why then vehicles like jets and Cessnas had their collision lights ON with behavior "Aware"?

It's note mission related, as I've experienced the same problem today on a PvP server.
1st death was at respawn location and 2nd while running across a field.
In both cases nobody shot at me from a tank or 12.7 mm sniper rifle or arty) nor was I kill by a vehicles that rolled over me. I simply died for no apparent reason.
