Opening map causes sound/audio to stop following player

Description

When a player opens their map and then moves (for example passenger in a vehicle) the game sound will only play for the position where the map was opened and will not follow the player.

Meaning, you might hear another vehicle drive past who is following a few seconds behind you. But you no longer hear sounds that are relevant to the player's updated position.

This has some benefits that are exploited by most players, namely if you are in a helicopter you can open your map so you can more easily speak with other players as you no longer hear the loud helicopter. It can also be exploited if you have a friend open their map on a road and then 'camp' the highway further along in life or survival servers to give warning of incoming vehicles.
