Steps To Reproduce
I found the best way to reproduce this issue is with an unarmed soldier/civilian (it does happen with armed as well, but somewhat harder to reproduce).
- Add unarmed civilian in the editor.
- Slightly move forward with both W (forward) and Q or E pressed simultaneously
- Hit X (crouch) key and there is a good chance your command will be ignored (you will have to press X again).
