Currently whenever an email notification is sent, the whole report with all comments is sent. E.g. when you get a notification because someone added a note, you will get an email with the information a note was added. But the note is only the last one, which on certain cases, can be very long and confusing.

It would be nice if the email contains only:

• what has changed
• the content of the changes (e.g. the category from->to change or the note added, etc.)
• link back to the issue
