Just making skins, rebooting/updatings servers is not enough.
There is nothing to fix and it's not a bug.
It's the way it works now.
You have to make changes in your mission/server.
It's known since June 2019.

Changed: createVehicleLocal was restricted in multiplayer - enterable vehicles, shots, explosions and similar are no longer possible to spawn (the old behavior can be turned on via unsafeCVL=1 in the description.ext or server's config)
Added: Optional local parameter for createSimpleObject so it is possible to create local-only simple objects in MP in order to compensate for the restricted createVehicleLocal
Changed: createVehicleLocal replaced with createSimpleObject (with local parameter)

It's coded correctly, otherwise it wouldn't have connected to the server, offloaded the server from managing bots and bots wouldn't have performed actions required and the mission would have had problems.

@adminofpsnet, playing everyday on our server (2 HCs), observing bots as admin and they ALWAYS have their gear. No need to shoot at them for gear to appear. Have never observed such issue since January 2018, despite observing bots really a lot. So...

I could player setDamage 0.9 on land and enter the water and start swimming, as well as player setDamage 0.9 when respawning in water and no problems to exit the water in limping animation.

It works flawlessly. You only need to order the AI to go no nearby body or other source of ammo/weapons and you can tell him to rearm.

Not a bug, but it's exactly how it's supposed to work.
If vehicle freelook is enabled in game options, it applies to all kind of vehicles.
Pressing Alt only recenters the camera, but doesn't disable vehicle freelook.
The only right way to disable it again, is to do it again via game options, where you have enabled it before.
