The game does not show correctly which weapon killed the player.

Description

When in the editor, the enemy kills the player, the game shows statistics and reports the weapons of the enemy in the upper left corner of the screen.

ENY:
ENW:

The game always shows only the primary weapon of the enemy and never reports UGL, Mines, Hand-Grenades, Launchers weapon systems, vehicles/static weapons.

For example, if the player was killed by means a RPG-42, inside vehicle, then the game will inform so:

ENY: AT-Soldier
ENW: Katiba
or

if the player was killed by means a Hand Grenade, then the game will inform so:

ENY: RECON-PARAMEDIC
ENW: Rook-40 pistol

etc, etc...

Thus, the game does not show correctly what exact weapon killed the player.

This ticket is ignored for 1.5 year.
Now I'm using version 1.64. and my tank was destroyed.

Weapons of my killer -MK20 (assault rifle)

BIS, surely no one is going to cure this shit!? Or you can explain to the players,how the rifleman, using an assault rifle could blow up the tank?
Please fix this finally.

How many additional years, the user needs to endure this shamefull bug? Personally, I'm tired of ignoring. In some cases, the game can not determine which weapon killed the player. This also applies to stationary weapons, vehicles!

Actually it seems to be possible in certain ways. Ask the EUTW crew they have a system that makes stats and it can log even different weapons on a vehicle.

Maybe you meant a team of some kind of mod, but I did not understand EUTW -which mod?

v1.96 Fixed: The death screen is now showing a vehicle and its weapon in case an enemy was operating a vehicle

I created this ticket Feb 22 2015
Was need to wait 4.8 years for the developers to finally fix this elementary error!
When the game is already almost dead and no one needs to fix this!
