pressing "N" in the driver seat brings up the NVG overlay for a split second and removes it agian. Looks kinda silly.

Eden:
- Place a vehicle
- Put the following in the init line:
- this disableTIEquipment true;
- this disableNVGEquipment true;
- Play as driver
- Press "N" (Default for NVG) repeatedly
