This problem only occurs when I'm using tank as a gunner.

Every time I try to shoot the cannon and I switch quickly to the coaxial MG, the cannon muzzle flash just doesn't disappear. The muzzle flash only disappears when I switch back to the cannon.

I tried this with every tank in the game and the result is still the same.
