My issue cleared up as soon as I disconnected my Bluetooth earbuds. This was easy for me to troubleshoot, as the problem occurred right after connecting the earbuds. I don't have the problem when using the Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 USB audio interface with speakers.

I have the same issue. It just started when I connected a bluetooth earbud headset. Will go back to speakers and see if that fixes.

It seems it is because how Fuses are designed in HEAT Rounds which is how it is supposed to be.

@Asphronix You need to clarify the conditions to reproduce it.
If the target is close to the wall (~ 0-40cm), it does not receive damage from HEAT penetration.
If the target is farther from the wall (~ 40-70cm), it receives damage from HEAT penetration.

I brought up that exact same issue in Mnišek... :/

The helicopter has a large space inside for the interaction of all crew members and passengers. But there are no functions for using space. Pilots can not change places in the cabin or in the cabin.
The passenger compartment has a restriction on the use of the passenger compartment.
You can change the landing site between all places from:

• place arrow left
• place arrow right
• left hand window seat
• right window hand
• passenger seat

But as soon as you sit down in the passenger seat, you will lose any opportunity to change the landing place inside the helicopter.
This limits the use and functionality of the helicopter and the interaction of the crew.

Here are the two errors that the game loops between.

I have tried safe mode and i have tried launching the game itself on launching the game itself it still crashes and when launching it in safe mode with and without graphic hardware acceleration it still closes it self or hard crashes

all crashes are in render system. It can be caused by not up to date graphic drivers or DX11 drivers. Do you have all drivers up to date? Do you have overclocked graphic card?

I have checked logs. It shows 0x0000DEAD message. This message is very general and it can be caused from various reasons. Do you have all drivers up to date?

I'm having the exact same issue on the server I run. I also used to have the same problem with ALiVE too in hosted MP, but I think that was actually using up all 8GB of my memory. The current issue with the dedicated server crashing is not due to lack of memory however. The server has 24GB allocated to it on a 32GB VPS and is crashing while only using ~6GB.

Which helicopters do you enter and in Singleplayer or Multiplayer?
When you crash, the game will most of the time generate crash dumps and logs that can be analyzed to find out why it crashed.
.RPT logs + dump files can be found in %localappdata%\Arma 3\. Take note of the date your game crashes and compare it with the date stamp of the dump files.
By placing them in a compressed archive and dragging and dropping it here, you can upload them for the developers.
