The application immediately comes to a black screen when I launch the game, not showing any startup logos. If I click the screen, the game says it isn't responding and asks if I'd like to close it or wait for it to respond.

Hi,
I've attempted verifying game files, though nothing seemed to change. Drivers are all up to date. From what I've seen, others have run into similar issues though none of the solutions that worked for them have worked for me.
I was able to get the "Arma 3 Apex" logo showing upon startup by deleting my Arma 3 folder and adjusting launch settings, however the game is still unresponsive. Crash logs now state "UNABLE_TO_INIT_DXGI"
