Bugged AI's movement speed.

Hello, I found that AI does not recognize types of movement speeds which are set on its waypoynts.

In the latest build, for AI, they are only two types of movement speed - slow and fast.
Slow is OK, slow is slow, but unchanged, normal and fast speed they are all fast, so the AI is running like mad allways and makes itself really tired and uneffective in the upcomming combat.

I dont know if it is also related to vehicles, but it is highly possible.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Play any infantry mission where are you not in command of a squad and try to catch up with your squad leader.
  1. Put an AI squad in editor, dont be a squad leader, put a waypoint in some distance and play. Try all four movement speeds and you will see that there is no difference between the three of them.
