you can use diag_tickTime to get a realiable and accurate time. Internally that uses systemTime.

client FPS (the frames per second you get) is capped by the server's FPS. That is not true anymore.

ISSERVER and ISDEDICATED can't work because scripts can be preprocessed before you join/create any server or start any mission.

I have noticed that the data remains unencoded for the most part This can't be true anymore. Any traffic is now encrypted.
