Taking damage from fire causes 1 FPS
New, WishlistPublic

Description

When I stood close to a burning helicopter wreck on a server, my game went instantly from around 45 FPS to 1 FPS until I backed away from the fire. Looking at the fire or standing just out of the burn area runs fine. Attempted to reproduce in the editor using the same helicopter, but it wouldn't work. {F19726}

"Attempted to reproduce in the editor using the same helicopter, but it wouldn't work."

Because you were on a server with custom mission. á la ever-buggy Wasteland.

I have been experiencing this with ANY destroyed vehicle but even when not in fire dmg range you still get 0-2 fps. happens all the time on my ArmA Communities server but when have also experienced it on other ArmA groups servers.

Has there been any resolution to this just? have been experiencing this recently myself. i just re-installed ArmA3 after havin takin a break from it after playin the Alpha,Beta an Release versions. i'm posting here so as to keep info together an also to try an find a way to fix.
