Hi there please forgive me this is rather difficult to explain given that the whole steam authentication is shrouded in darkness.
I've been seeing what appeared to be steam authentication issues, so i proceeded to purchase another copy of the game to test.
I first installed the game for dedicated server hosting on the first test account via steam cmd, this launches and works fine.
However, when installing a second copy of the game via steamcmd, to a totally different directory and then on a totally different account. I attempt to launch the arma3.exe with the '-client' parameter on it for use with Headless client. However it seems that the arma3.exe -client cannot authenticate through streamcmd opens for a millisecond then closes. No errors are displayed, the process terminates.
In-order to get the client (arma3.exe) to launch I had to install the steam (client).

Install CMD process to install arma 3, then proceed to launch the client arma3.exe -client.
I'm testing all of this on the same NIC on the same machine.
ALL on different accounts.
