Arma 3 Beta Cannot Create DX11 device E_NOINTERFACE error

Hello,

I've been sitting on the Arma 3 Alpha/Beta since it was released. Since then, I've not been able to get it to run, as it will crash to desktop after launching, with an error "Cannot Create DX11 device Error E_NOINTERFACE" (see image). I've scoured google and the Bohemia forums for anything relating to this error, however have not run across anything except one thread that hasn't been touched since march (don't want to necrobump) and didn't have any helpful/useful answers.

I have already:

    Reinstalled Arma 3
    Reinstalled video drivers
    Updated to most recent beta video drivers
    Have tried a different video card
    Am sure I have DX11
    have tried the underclocking GPU suggestion
    have tried different resolutions
    have tried windowed mode
    uninstalling/reinstalling Direct X 11
    A bunch of other things I can't honestly remember right now

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. I'm kinda at my wits end. If any logs or information other than what I have posted is necessary, please let me know and I'll post it ASAP. Thank you. {F21369} {F21370} {F21371}

No, that doesn't help at all. The guy in that post has "solved" his issue as after installing the newest beta video drivers, his game will temporarily work. I have had no such luck, and am already running beta drivers. I have also tried older drivers with no luck. His error is also a much more common (relatively) "E_OUTOFMEMORY" error, while I've only seen one other "E_NOINTERFACE" error.

I had this same problem a patch or 2 ago. For me, turning off the Steam in-game interface solved my issue. I believe that 99% of the time, that error is a steam issue and NOT a game issue.

Have turned off my Steam Overlay, no change/ same error.

The DirectX updater determines "that a newer or equivalent version of DirectX has been installed already. No Installation is necessary."

We need files from this folder for solve your problem. C:\Users\<Name>\AppData\Local\Arma 3\
