Server gets stuck on loading screen (NOT CRASHING) on custom missions

Description

Server gets stuck on loading Screen, the Mission (a custom Mission) after ist finished loading it just gets stuck without an error.

The Server is not crashing or doing anything.

Server is using addons wich are activated (some Infantry Units http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=21361)

Hope some one can help, sorry for the bad english.

Can confirm. Only happens with mods though. Some Mod starts a loading screen and never ends it.
