Thank you Dwarven, the game works on the profiling branch for now! I'll stick to that until the main branch is fixed :)

- for uniform in crate, you need to drop the uniform on ground, close/reopen inventory for grabbing it on ground. Just because, too many cases of uniforms containing some items, then inside a crate.

So I did a verify on the game files and restarted the game. After restarting I was able to regain access to redownload the apex content. (5.6GB I believe it was.)

thanks ianassa, this explains why you get the crash, the hotfix which is build 1.68.14112, it didn't fix all the cases
that's why I suggested you to try profiling branch (performance binary is default) with build 1.68.141149
the performance binaries are discussed in another sticky thread on the steam discussions
If you have terrain set to LOW then the ground height is much less accurate.

Tried with both my Logitech G430 and Sennheiser PC 373D, so headset doesn't matter.
All drivers updated, game both verified files and reinstalled.
Issue occurs with and without mods, so mods are not the issue here.
Since last patch I have similar issue. Anytime I'm near helicopter with engine on (or piloting one/flying as passenger) game sound is stuttering, I'm also getting huge fps drops (down to 1-5). Game is now literally unplayable when helicopters are around or if I'm inside of one.
I'm not running any mods.
Before the last patch game was working just fine.
This happens both in MP and single player.

Yeah now i'm starting to get the audio problem when getting into firefights when i'm not in a vehicle or house.

Problem solved, USB problem with external device (joistick )

This problem is beyond frustrating.

I've tried it but but it didn't fix the issue sadly.
The crashes were seen with build v08.
Attached are the server config, mission and more crash reports, using a more recent performance/profiling binary build.
Since 1.68 the 'Use Default Action" can now be used on the same button as your primary weapon, to use the currently selected action. Fixing the problem that 1.66 introduced, where "Use Selected Action" would stop you from being able to fire your weapon, as it now brings up the action menu if currently hidden.
