Respawn Screen - Role / Loadout does not update on player disconnect

Description

When using the new respawn template to limit roles to certain numbers, these limits do not seem to update if a player disconnects while holding that role. For example, if a player is in the only Role A slot available (Role limit of 1), and they disconnect / time out, the role remains unavailable for the duration of the mission*. So the role limits need to either a) take into account player's disconnecting while using limited roles, or b) refresh the role limits at certain intervals.

*I haven't checked to see the exact duration, maybe there's already a time limit I haven't encountered yet

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start a mission using the new respawn template with a limited role, for example:
[west, ["west_SL1",0,1]] call BIS_fnc_addRespawnInventory;
  1. As a team-mate waiting to respawn, observe whether or not the role becomes available on the disconnection of the player holding that limited role.
Additional Information

It's been a little while since I tested this so I might be wrong about it happening on all forms of disconnect, or just player timeouts (game crash etc).
