VERY annoying issue of AI seeing through grass (and other ground clutter) and the inability for human player to see enemy AI.
AI also recognise enemy units far too easily even if they just 'see' a very small part of the unit/player.

Try and fight AI while prone in grass.
I like tall grass D:. Sure the AI spotting thing sucks really badly but no I wouldnt want to have every field and forest looking really trimmed and cut like its just been mowed :D.
After 3 years this is still a problem that AI can spot a prone player in grass but the player can't see anything further than a few metres.
This is the worst gameplay killer
Turn off grass (terrain to 'LOW') and you will see what the AI see.
That is why they can spot you when you have no chance to see them with grass on.
Please can something be done to AI without changing grass height?
I am also agree that this is killing whole gameplay vs Ai... I am only playing alone or with friend vs Ai and this gets real problem. Tried to find workaround like mods, scripts or something, but found nothing... Clutter needs to make some problem for Ai, not only player. I remember this problem since ARMA2 , and when i finally get my new PC for ARMA3 in 2019 - I was so disappointed that problem is still there... I saw some video about 'Arma3 1 50 Tweaked clutter Values' , but didn't found out what exacly was tweaked and how I could make it same...
Maybe there is a way to reduce Ai vision, based on "surfaces.cfg" grassCover parameter? I know it's working differently, but maybe there is a way to simulate lowering Ai detection, based at which surface player currently is (and his stance on that surface offcourse)?
