Since 1.68, for servers who don't have mod linked to steam workshop and don't verify signatures. The launcher say (translate from french) : "Server can not transmit all data ; mod list can be incomplete.". And mod field say "No mod".
Same thing on server browser (in game), the mod list is empty (only vanilla dlc are visible).
