My internet isn't great, so this was bound to happen in the first place. It all started after I downloaded Arma 3 Apex. After it was downloaded overnight, I noticed that, when using Apex weapons I picked up off the ground(not purchased, because I can't figure out where to buy Apex weapons. There is no option in the loadout section), the little Apex AD popped up, without the actual logo, but it had the effects and the little popup on the right corner that said "Apex". It seemed glitched. I was confused because I had already purchased it. I figured it was an issue with my download since I knew my internet is prone to these issues(NOTE: My send/receive speed runs at about 16-60 Kbps. No joke. I use my hotspot to play multiplayer but it is limited, and I can't use that to re-download the game).

So I tried to fix the issue by unckecking the Apex DLC in the properties tab to see if it downloads anything it may be missing.. And from there it came up with a "Missing File Privileges" error, which is preventing me from playing the game entirely, even if I disable the Apex mod.

The LAST thing I want to do is to have to re-download the entire game. I did try to verify the integrity of the game, but it failed. No error messages or anything, it just showed up as if it were checking the cache for a split second before going back down to the Game Queue and not making any progress within the game cache.
