This is now happening more than ever, I cannot use UAVs at all using their autonomous waypoints and others are getting the same issues according to the comments in the youtube video. Can we get some word on this? Has it been acknowledged at least?

On video shift of the image of a frame of the camera of the UAV in the terminal of control of the UAV is visible.
The marker of the camera is recorded on a hangar, a side wall of a hangar.
In the terminal of control of the UAV, the center of a frame of the camera is directed on a hangar roof. It remains on any increase in a frame of the camera.
Although the arma3server RPT and console output will indicate the reason for the client being kicked, the client themselves will only see a generic kick message and thus they will not know why they were kicked from the server.
This appears to be working for me as of version 1.64.138310 (09-09-2016) RC as I was kicked for "Desync too high".

Might be indeed issue with the 5.1 setup. Using a 7.1 headset, I am experiencing no similar issues :(

could you please upload Launcher logs? I'm aware that currently the list of mods doesn't refresh itself in some cases (like after the mod is deleted), but that doesn't result in crash and I can't replicate it (the crash).

Well you would need to join/start a unit/squad/clan for MP games for example.
The game Arma3 32bit can't use memory more than ~ 3200mb.
But a problem that Arma3 32bit isn't able to work correctly as it is done by other appendices 32bit.
At a memory operational stage ~ 3200mb
there are errors of the appeal to memory.
For this reason, it isn't possible to use more than ~ 3200mb RAM\VRAM isn't possible.
So far, all attempts of process of arma3 to use RAM\VRAM it is more than ~ 3200mb, extreme as for 32bit than the application.
Here the request for correct operation of application 32bit in limits 3200mb can be a correct request.

Task impossible. Once the bug appears and i type in "frame" the game goes black, after a while i receive this error message
EDIT: nothing appears to be generated in "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Arma 3"

Update: I can land Neo's at 'Abdera' (NW Altis) in under 300m now.

On KotH multiplayer/Editor, I land the Neo's on dirt at 380m (best effort) and avg 430m, based on a 'Waypoint' I use to mark touchdown.
Take off is about 400m. (depends if u have obstacles at end. Lift off at 200km/h)
Supply Drop works in the Editor BUT nothing is dropped in mission on a dedicated Server. This is an old problem that was fixed once before. Reoccurred after APEX update. Virtual supply request works; as in Helicopter arrives but no crate is dropped.
1.64 RC - problem still exists
Currently on 1.64 RC Branch - Virtual Arsenal, AK-12, no Mods enabled.
Missalignement is very clear with the AK-12 - however, if the ERCO is mounted, the crosshair of ERCO is on point, not the ironsight of the AK-12.
