HALO screen effects persist after teamswitch

Description

OBS:
When the player is falling form high altitude in HALO, blurring effects are added to the edges of the screen to simulate wind in the eyes.
If the user teams switches from a unit that is in HALO freefall, to a unit which is not, these effects continue, even if the controlled unit is standing still on the ground.

EXP:
HALO screen blurring effects should only apply to the unit that is falling.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Start a new mission in the mission editor.
  2. Place two soldiers, one player controlled and the other playable.
  3. Preview mission.
  4. Press escape to open debug console, execute this code: player setpos [8000,8000,4000];
  5. Resume game. Press U open teamswitch dialogue, switch to the other playable unit.
