The video shows following scenario.
To the left of the player, far away there is a shooter firing his rifle. The sound should come from the left. But when I shoot my rifle (which uses the same SoundSet) the shooter's shot sound is fucked. Not only does it sometimes not come from where the shooter is, it seems that this "ignorance" only happens for the very first transient of the sound. There are many examples of this in the video (also at the end).
