@MrCats, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache? This is to make sure that the game files are correct and not corrupt.

@Criseist, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?
@drumnstyxxyahoocom, the developers will need a lot more information for this report to be useful.
- Are you able to reproduce this issue?
- What mission was the server running?
- Does this issue occur on other multiplayer servers or in singleplayer?

Are you sure you don't want to edit the description another ten times?
@RandomArmaPlayer8282, try all of the possible solutions from this list.
King of the Hill is a community-made mission. That means its creation was in no way officially affiliated with Bohemia Interactive (BI) - the developers of Arma 3. This means that BI cannot provide support for KotH related issues or issues with any other community made mission or addon. Only the makers of their own mission can help.
More comments, please. :kappa:

@Bl4st, the Crashlog.7z that you provided does not contain a arma3.mdmp file. Was an arma3.mdmp file created alongside the other two files in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3? If yes then could you provide the file? It is important that the developers have access to all three of the crash dump file types.
Dec 12 2016
More of a helpful fan and I'm glad that the issue (appears) to be fixed for you.
@Lenny91, is there also a arma3.mdmp file? If so then could you archive (zip) all three files (arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp) and attach them to the feedback tracker? It is very important that the developers have access to all three crash dump files.

@fonstec, Epoch is a community-made mod meaning that Bohemia Interactive (BI) cannot provide direct support. You may like to report this issue to the markers of that mod.
Dec 10 2016
@Stephnet, the arma3.rpt files show that many mods are being run. It is possible that the core game files and mods are conflicting and that is causing the issue. Try disabling each and every mod and then trying again. If the game runs without fault then it is likely a mod or several mods that are causing the issue.
One of the arma3.rpt files has the following:
[ That's how to reference other tasks ;) ]
I see. To confirm, you are always able to reproduce this issue? That is to say you can always crash the game when you follow those steps to reproduce?
Dec 9 2016
A few couple of things, @sh4rPP. When you are reporting issues, please create one ticket per issue. This is so the developers can easily track the changes and fixes for each issue.
@Ex3s, for future reference please attach files (drag and drop) to the feedback tracker rather than pasting their contents.
@GunnyTomHighway, could you attach a copy of the launcher logs for the developers to review?
Are you able to reproduce the crash, @GunnyTomHighway?

@Azrael_Del_Tahar, would you be able to try using the profiling branch of Arma 3?
There are no crash dumps in that report file. If you go to %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 are there any arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp files? If there are then could you archive (zip) and upload all three arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp files with the same time stamp for the developers to review?
@Azrael_Del_Tahar, try these possible solutions if you haven't already.

Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 02XXXXXX
In what multiplayer mission or missions were you not able to zoom in with the Titan MPRL Compact? I just tried on A3Wasteland v1.3b and it worked without issue.
This issue is not present in version 1.66.139494 (stable / main branch).
It is the same with Stealth Balaclava (Black, Goggles). The colour is referring to the colour of the balaclava, not the colour of the goggles, @Matosh. Hence the comma (,) between the colour and goggles.
@Lt.Julius, regarding the ACCESS_VIOLATION error, try these possible solutions.
@DanielNL, your task title implies that the Titan AT launcher can be zoomed in when outside of multiplayer. Is that correct?
@Crazyone, your launch parameters are a bit wonky:

@BullseyeBE, try verifying the integrity of the game cache. If that does not help then prepare and upload a troubleshooting report for the developers to review.
@f0twenty, the Exile mod is unofficial content meaning that it is not supported by the game developers - Bohemia Interactive. It is possible that the mod files are at fault.
@ARKAAZZ, you say you have tried re-installing the game, but have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache? This checks for any corrupt or missing files and downloads the correct files.

@Hennessey, that latest arma3.rpt file says that you are using a mod. Could you disable it and try again? If that resolves the issue then that could indicate that the mod is at fault.
In T120466#1534760, @razazel wrote:Hello guys, any news on this? Are you able to confirm a fix or is it a still issue on Dev/RC branch?
@Hennessey, the arma3.rpt files that you have provided indicate that you are using version 1.62.137494. The latest main/stable version is 1.64.138732. Update the game via Steam and try again.

@SpanishJohn, can you archive and upload the arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp files? You can use a file archiver program such as 7-Zip to pack the files into a .7z or .zip file. You should then be able to attach that file to a comment. If that does not work then could you upload the file to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox? It is important that the developers have access to all 3 of the file types (arma3.rpt, arma3.bidmp, and arma3.mdmp).
@zJHAWKx, please upload the report file itself as it also contains arma3.mdmp files. It is important for the developers to have all 3 crash files together. If you cannot directly upload the report file to the feedback tracker then try uploading it to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox then linking to the file here.

@zJHAWKx, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache? Could you also try disabling all mods and seeing if that fixes the issue?
@pifas900, you need to put some effort into writing the issue so the developers have some information to help diagnose the issue.
