@Vasili, try verifying the integrity of the game cache.

How are you launching the game (from the Arma 3 Launcher, arma3.exe file, or other)?

If you are still having issues launching the game then could you upload a copy of the launcher logs for the developers to review?

For issue with the launcher, you can export all launcher logs to the desktop via an action available in the option menu in the upper right corner (gear icon)

First of all please try to verify integrity of your game cache.
Steam > right-click Arma 3 > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache

Also, it seems this happens only in Wasteland scenarios, were you able to observer the same bug with any other scenario or game mode?
