Arma 3 Crashing when close to enemy AI (aprox.100 meters) frame drops to 1-4 fps then character goes to T pose textures not loading and finally game freezes/ black screen/crash.
Happens with Alive,ACE 3, RHS enabled single player mission. cant reproduce in single player Vanilla.

Event Timeline
Ive tried Clean installing windows 10, changing page file system allocated and custom ssd allocation. reinstalling mods, Arma 3. Ran Dwardens profiling branch, not overclocking changing the memory xmp profile to none and back, updated bios rubbed my belly and patted my head. ect... the one thing I have not done is what you are hopefully going to ask me to do that fixes the issue.

@Bl4st, the Crashlog.7z that you provided does not contain a arma3.mdmp file. Was an arma3.mdmp file created alongside the other two files in %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3? If yes then could you provide the file? It is important that the developers have access to all three of the crash dump file types.
is there a way to force create that file via launcher or otherwise because thats all it gave me.
This crash was not reproduced using multiplayer thus there is no mdmp file which would only be created if the crash was in mp, correct? the multiplayer crash is harder to reproduce or I have some how fixed that part of the issueas i am not crashing in wasteland now but the single player mission with rhs, ace 3 and alive is still crashing which you have all the data in those two files contained in the Crashlog zip file. I will upload the mission as well.

I've never had this issue with these mods before but I was using different hardware as I have recently upgraded, my best guess is arma doesn't like my ram, bios and titan or any combination of the latter drivers included. I was just hoping it was not exclusive to my particular setup.

No, the file is only created on crash. You can use the launcher to create a troubleshooting report which can contain crash dumps along with many other files.
For issues regarding Arma 3 you can file a troubleshooting report, also via an action available in the option menu in the upper right corner (gear icon)
I believe mdmp means mini dump.
Well 64bit Arma just hit dev Branch, time to pull out the big guns and see if my problem is solved, if so I vote 64 if not it's time to kick Arma to the curb and get medieval af..

Your RPT says ErrorMessage: DX11 error : CreateTexture failed : E_OUTOFMEMORY.
We will try a few steps and see if they work.
a) try to change your x64 memory allocator via Launcher parameters (try all)
b) try to set some high -maxmem= and -maxvram= parameters
c) try to renistall your DX11
d) try to reinstall and update your mods
