@56curious, have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?
If that does not help then could you try resetting the launch parameters to their default state?
You will not be able to upload arma3.mdmp files, but it is very important that the developers have all of the 3 crash file types with the same time stamp. As it will not let you attach the troubleshooting report, could you instead upload the file to a free file sharing service such as Dropbox and then link to the file?
