@Meyo, all of the arma3.rpt files that you have provided includes a variation of the following:
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 0XXXXXXX
Could you try - one-by-one - all of the possible solutions for 0xC0000005 - ACCESS_VIOLATION that are listed here?
Could you also try disabling all mods and playing a mission that does not require any mods? This is to help determine whether a mod or mods are at fault, or the game itself.
If none of the above have resolved the issue then could you prepare and attach a troubleshooting report?
Launcher > Options > Prepare Arma 3 Troubleshooting report
The troubleshooting report will contain the same types of files that you have uploaded as well as addition files that may contain information that the developers could use to help remedy the issue.

the problem did not persist and was gone 2 days after i reported it.

the problem reappeared. none of the listed fixes helped. there were waves of people being kicked out of the mission. 3~7 at a time, every 15 minutes
