I have a report but can#t attach it. I get this error:

Can send the report on request.
And then it happened again! Program hangs and I get error 0xCFFFFFFF. Still can't upload the report:

@isenhand, try verifying the integrity of the game cache. This will validate the game files to ensure they are correct and not corrupt.
If the game crash persists then prepare a new report and try uploading it to a free file sharing service, for example Dropbox, and then linking to the file in a comment.
Please try to provide the troubleshooting report files by using some free file sharing service as suggested by @Jawsh
