@dale0404, try verifying the integrity of the game cache.
As said above, not using any mods.
There is one mod loaded according to the three arma3.rpt files in the report file that you provided.
== "C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Arma 3\arma3.exe" -nosplash -showScriptErrors -mod=@TOUR_AC_RR
Double-check that all mods are unloaded from the Arma 3 Launcher, Arma 3 launch options in Steam, and anywhere else launch parameters can be set and then try again.
Also, there are no crash dump files (arma3.bidmp and arma3.mdmp) in the report file that you uploaded. Could you please check %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Arma 3 to see if any of the aforementioned files are there?
That mod I use is an admin tool used on the servers that I am an administrator for, been using it for years, never had a problem with it.
Also, there are no arma3.bidmp or arma3.mdmp in the file location you mentioned.
Also, the first thing I did was to verify the integrity of the game, nothing showing.
I see. To confirm, you are always able to reproduce this issue? That is to say you can always crash the game when you follow those steps to reproduce?
Could you (temporarily) disable the mod anyway just so it can be ruled out for certain as the cause of this issue?
Hiya mate,
Yes always the same, press on the mpmissions, game freezes for ~ 10 seconds then crashes. Dsiabled the admin mod, still same result, attached new report.
One of the arma3.rpt files has the following:
Exception code: C0000005 ACCESS_VIOLATION at 01F2A281
Tried everything mate, still same issue.
I have uploaded a video (which is set to private) to show you exactly what happens.
Narrowed it down to 1 file which is attached. It is an old mission file, can you have a look at it please and let me know what the issue is?
Thank you.
Dale
Cant upload the file for some reason, here is a dropbox link, it is my own personal dropbox.
Hi,
You have the most typical issue. It could be caused by many little discrepancies. Try to use all sloutions mentioned on webpage linked by Jawsh.
If we have to resolve your problem please upload some crash dumps to us.
Thank you
