Basicially, TrackIR does not get recognized by Arma anymore - refreshing the controls in the menu also does not help like it used to.
I am currently running the dev branch version of the game and have all 64 bit features enabled.

Steps To Reproduce
- Switch do Dev-Branch
- Go to parameters in the launcher and switch Arma 3 to 64bit
- Start the game
- TrackIR not working
Additional Information
I havent tested the 32bit version of Dev Branch yet - but I suspect that it will be the same.
