thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
Seems there is an interesting entry of one Exile player who had problems with the Exile mod, might be worth a try to make sure you are truly running vanilla game when trying to start the campaign.
thank you for the ping :)
Thank you very much for that, we are already onto it, hopefully we will be able to provide a fix soon.
thank you for the crashdumps, much appreciated.
Hello, thank you for the file.
Hi Ydrisse, yes I am here
Jul 25 2016
yes I did, thank you for that, will look into it.
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
it is possible that the report file is too big so you cannot upload it here, that's why I suggested the free file sharing service like dropbox but any free file sharing service you are familiar and comfortable with is fine (be it Microsoft OneDrive, Google Drive etc.)
thank you for the feedback.
does this happen everytime you play the mission?
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
could you please send us the DWI file from the Dependency Walker run?
Thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback. If you can, please provide those crashdumps so we can look into this.
very sorry for the trouble, it seems that the files are too big to be uploaded here so could you please upload the whole ZIP file onto some free file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox) and post the link here?
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback. Could you please tell me whether you experience same issue when trying to host a vanilla server or host one the MP missions from vanilla Arma 3 (e.g. Support Stratis ?).
thank you for the feedback.

if you are unable to upload the file here directly, please use some free file sharing service (e.g. Dropbox) and post the link here.
thank you for the info, bug was issued for a fix.
Reinstall might not be necessary, but verifying integrity of the game cache through Steam however could be good idea.
as you might know, the Feedback Tracker went through some changes lately. While some things work as expected some are still causing some trouble and it takes a bit more time then expected to get them work as before.
thank you for the crashdumps, we will look into it.
Please use the "Prepare Arma 3 troubleshooting report" option, not the "Export Launcher logs to desktop"
thank you for the feedback.
when referring to the troubleshooting on BIS did you mean this?

thank you for the file, unfortunately due to incomplete info I had by the time I was sending the tutorial it is still not what we were looking for exactly. While you did perform the steps correctly, they need to be performed when the game is lagging or has low FPS (3-5 as you have mentioned).

Yes the bug where you stand up when moving in prone was issue for the fix.
thank you for the feedback. Could you please try to enable the world parameter in the launcher and use Empty option?
Once you do, please try to run the game and let me know if that has helped.

thank you for the crashdumps, unfortunately I was not able to download them as the file was marked as malicious (containing malware). Would you mind checking it with AV and upload it again?
First of all, please do not use "Crash" severity if game does not crash. Ending the application through task manager is not a crash.
ZIP files actually can be uploaded here, however there is a limit per file and an overall limit which, if reached when multiple users upload too many files, won't allow files to be upload. We are currently looking into this to see what we can do about the limits.
Are you able to reproduce the issue on vanilla? And if so, could you please provide a repro mission without the mods?
@DrykozZ Hello,
thank you for the feedback
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the feedback.
thank you for the crashdumps. It should be possible to upload the Zip files here, although there are some limits that seem to deny the upload so that might be the reason.
thank you for the feedback.

thank you for the feedback.
could you please tell me what game mode are you playing when this is happening?
thank you for the feedback.
Hello,
would it be possible to send us the video of the issue so we can see what the problem might be?
the thing is that the vehicles can be steered using mouse. If you move the mouse once you get on a quad you will steer. Even if you then enable free look with 2xAlt wheels will remain steered as they recover from the steer slowly.
If you drag the mouse left or right when getting on the quad, then enable free look vehicles are still steered and you will ride to the sides before it recovers fully for a short time.
