Tried all troubleshooting on BIS for this error on Launching Arma 3 from Steam Launcher program. Nothing fixes the error - I cannot get the game to launch at all - with or without ANY mods or add-ons.

Steps To Reproduce
Launch Steam, Play Arma 3 (all DLC packs paid for and downloaded - including APEX). Launcher program starts, unload all mods, click Play. Error message comes up in a dialog box.

I have the diagnostics file available for your use to troubleshoot the problem, but I don't see a way to upload it here in this bug report.
