As happy as I am to finally have had something said about it, it took them far too long to even comment on it. Running a server is stressful as it is, chasing the producer of the game certainly doesn't help this.

Hi,
this crash should be fixed in next update of dev version on Steam.
We also have some more information regarding a BattlEye mass-kicking, which happened to some communities over these past few months. It seems we finally found a potential solution to this problem with our senior programming staff working on it as we speak. However, it might still take us some time, because the changes require low-level and potentially risky netcode changes. For this reason the implementation and testing needs to be handled with extreme care. It means we don't have a specific date yet, but we hope to release the change in one of the upcoming Main Branch updates. Please bear with us!

I am using -config=serverconfig/server.cfg so it's in a subfolder. No problem here. Can you try if a subfolder works?

Can you please look into this? this issue makes a stealth Uniform for Nato UK totally useless. The googles remain on the helmet and don't fold down into the face so your eyes are covered while wearing a stealth baclava.

I, for a while, had to use this MOD.
But this also has a bad effect on the game, when there are not any messages about the threat at all.

@TheMasterofBlubb Probably you are right, this is loading of LOD0, but the player notices the emptiness from which the tank appears. This glitch appeared after a visual update, before this was not/
Update: Command should already be fixed in dev. exe. Next version of retail exe (Tac-Ops DLC release) should have it fixed.
If im correct that is one of the draws of the loading system. What you see there is the LOD loading. Since its on Multithread its async. when you are in the tank it is possible that the model is loaded in another for and when turning out it gets fully loaded
Hi, what's the revision of the exe, you are using? I cannot reproduce the issue, it works as described on the community wiki.
I didn't see anyone mentioning this yet.. A3_Characters_F is listed properly inside CfgPatches. It is there. But it is still shown that it's missing.
So the issue is not a missing or corrupt file.

I don't see any Game crashes in here. It's the Launcher that crashes.
while this is hot, can we have a look at https://community.bistudio.com/wiki/getCursorObjectParams distance return? distance return can be incorrect due to max range. it should have a default value of 9999 or something otherwise impossible, to help with script sanity checks.

Priority - the dialogue of the commander must:
- Abort any AI dialogs.
- execute the ordered action without interrupting the AI dialog.
- or other options to change this state of affairs.

Hi there. Actions cannot be added to memory points by script not can they be added via object config.
How does UserActions in CfgVehicles work in this regard? It specifies Door_x_trigger in it's open/close door actions but this selection does not work in the scripted addAction command.
The last parameter is a selection in geometry it is not a memory point. It would be hard to check if the player is looking at a specific point of an object. It must be an area.

I would like to suggest improving this for the upcoming tanks DLC.
The issue here is that when a soldier is killed, it creates a ground holder for the weapon. This ground holder has a higher priority over the body's inventory and makes it harder to access. A couple of solutions would be to change the gear drop on death to keep the weapon in the same inventory with the body, or make the body's inventory have greater priority over the ground holder with the weapon.
The crashes seem to happen using the multi player dedicated server, I was not able to reproduce it in single player.

In the same manner, doFollow and commandFollow will also not work on units that were manually ordered to stop by the player (x-1-6), only on scripted doStop/commandStop

This issue is giving me quite a headache! God knows how many hours I spent trying to find a workaround. I first noticed the issue on V1.72 by the way (it may have been there even before that)!
Please fix it ASAP.

Did you try completly redownloading CUP yet? There was also a CUP update recently. Good time to redownload everything now. Might be a corrupted model or texture.
