Player hosted server are possible by running dedicated server on the same machine. Hosting from in-game may come in future updates.
AI is being fixed and improved.

It would be good to limit the feedback ticket to singular issue - in your case I suggest GM improvements. It will be easier for responsible designers to process it further.
