Basically, the ability to set difficulty settings for either when hosting a server/in the Scenario Properties while in Game Master mode and/or for Profile settings which would take precedence when you host or play scenarios (unless scenarios have hardcoded their own difficulty settings)
Settings like:
- AI skills like perception and aiming
- Damage to players from AI
- Having third person available or not
- Player names and AI names (separate options that you can toggle)
- Having the AI have Inifinite Reloads (basically when they reload a magazine/rocket/ugl, they get a replacement upon reload)
