Are all your software drivers up to date? Have you tried a different version of the graphic driver than the one you are running at the moment? And are you running the game with any startup parameters? If so, have you tried to disable them completely?

The tickets are private due to them containing sensitive information about the servers of the reporters and nature of the hack itself.
Can you please let us know on which server are you experiencing the problem? And if on official, can you please provide us with some kind of video proof? As currently the data we have points towards this possibly being an issue with a mod.

There is no such option. Your character on the official servers stays until it dies and transfers in between the servers on the same hive. On the community servers you have a character per community server each, and it also has to die before you get a new one.

This is correct behaviour. The fact the flag was affecting all items because it reset every server restart on previous version was actually a bug. The flag update timer is every five days, any item with lifetime below five days will get removed within its standard lifetime - this concerns items such as backpacks.
