I have a bug that prevents me from getting the full heat buff. Instead of getting 3 + heat buffs, I only get 1 heat buff. When Frostline first launched, I got at most 2 + heat buffs. But after 1.27, I only get one despite sitting by a fire for several minutes.

This is due to your insulation. You can’t get 3 heat buffs if you don’t have warm enough clothes.

We have tested this thoroughly but we did not find any issues. It might be issue with your clothing not having enough insulation.
