Steps To Reproduce

Rubble large amounts of buildings such as all of the buildings at Morton/Monti or both. Observe impacts on performance. Performance impacts persist even after animation/dust particles subside.

Additional Information

A mod developer who is more well versed in the engine than myself mentioned that the performance hit seems to be caused by the rubbled buildings causing the map to be edited; similar to building lots of structures on the map using the construction truck etc with unlimited building
